Privacy Policy

NYZBIZ Management B.V.

Effective date: 19 October 2026

1. Who we are and what this notice covers

NYZBIZ Management B.V., registered in Curaçao under registration number 165779, is responsible for the personal information it collects through NYZBIZ.COM and the enquiry channels described in this notice. Our contact address is Dr. W.P. Maalweg 9C, Curaçao. We refer to the company as "NYZBIZ", "we", "us", or "our".

This notice explains our website, enquiries, meeting requests, security checks, the optional office map, and cookie choices. A separate service notice may apply if you later engage us for business support, technology-related work, rental facilitation, or customs brokerage services. We will identify relevant additional processing when collecting that information. This notice does not replace a service agreement or require you to waive privacy rights.

2. Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, organization, telephone number, selected service, message, and subsequent correspondence. We also record information needed to manage the enquiry and its delivery.

If you tick "I need a meeting", we also receive the meeting you choose (30 or 60 minutes, with the fee shown on the form), the way you would like to meet, the date and time you choose, and your payment receipt (a PDF or a photo). The fee is paid by bank transfer; the website itself takes no payments. When you tick the box, our server gives the form a booking reference (for example BKG 1A2B3C4D) for you to quote with your transfer; it becomes the reference of your request. Your browser keeps it, so that reloading the page shows the same one, until your request is sent or the reference can no longer be used; after 30 days it is discarded on your next visit. It is a random code and says nothing about you. If you choose a photo, your browser makes it smaller before sending it, which also removes details stored inside the photo, such as where it was taken. The website does not store your receipt: it is attached to the email that reaches us. Our server keeps a record of the request (a reference, the requested time and its length, and the status of the request, and until we decide on it your name, email address, telephone number, organization, selected service, the way to meet, the meeting chosen, and the size and a technical fingerprint of your receipt) so that we can accept or decline it. The server does not store your message. When we accept a meeting, we add it to our appointment calendar and email you a confirmation. When we decline, we email you a personal link to choose another date and time for the same meeting without paying again; we keep those details until you use the link or for 30 days, so that your new time reaches us as a new request without you typing them again.

Our website and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested resources, request times, verification results, and limited security logs. Your cookie choices, when you made them, and the version of our cookie settings they apply to are stored in your browser to honor your preferences; so is your booking reference, if you request a meeting (see above). If you choose to show our office map, Google receives similar technical information (see Google Maps).

Apart from the payment receipt for a meeting, we do not ask you to upload files through the contact form. Please do not use it to send passwords, payment card details, identity-document copies, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive information. If information about another person is needed, provide only what is relevant and ensure you are entitled to share it. We will arrange an appropriate channel if a service later requires additional documentation.

3. Why we use information

We use enquiry information to understand requests, correspond with you, arrange a meeting you ask for, assess or prepare an engagement, and maintain relevant business records. Technical information helps deliver the website, prevent spam and misuse, investigate incidents, and maintain reliable communication. We use preference records to apply your choices.

The applicable legal basis depends on the activity: necessary steps requested before a contract or its performance, applicable legal duties, proportionate legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and protecting our systems where permitted, or your consent for optional processing that requires it, such as the office map. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the effect on individuals and applicable objection rights. We do not treat every enquiry as permission for advertising or sharing information across all listed brands.

4. Required and optional information

Fields marked required are needed to process an enquiry through the online form. Without sufficient contact information or a successful security check, we may be unable to process that submission. You can instead use our published email or telephone channel. Your telephone number is required; company details are optional. Requesting a meeting is optional; if you request one, the meeting, the way to meet, the date, the time and a payment receipt are required. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from browsing or contacting NYZBIZ.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use necessary technologies for site operation, security, keeping your booking reference until you send a meeting request, and remembering cookie choices. The only optional technology is the embedded Google Map of our office, which stays off until you choose to show it. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Any optional technology introduced later and listed in our preferences panel will also remain off until you select its purpose.

Use the bitten-cookie button at the bottom left or the Cookie preferences link in the footer to review or change your choice. Once you have made a choice, the panel also offers "Forget my choice", which deletes it from your browser and turns the map off; we then ask again. Withdrawal stops future processing based on that consent; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Removing browser storage or using another browser or device may require you to choose again. The Cookie and technology register below describes the actual technologies and durations.

6. Google Maps

Our office map is provided by Google. It loads only after you choose "Show map" or allow the map in the cookie panel. Google then receives your IP address and information about your browser and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. If you withdraw your choice, the map is removed from the page; cookies that Google has already set in your browser can be removed in your browser settings. While the map is off, the "Open in Google Maps" link and the address in our contact details open Google's own website in a new tab instead.

7. Security verification

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate form requests from automated abuse. It loads when you start using the contact form, not on ordinary page views. It processes technical signals, including IP address and browser-related information. Cloudflare acts as a processor when providing website protection to its customers and as a controller for its separately described improvement of Turnstile's bot detection. Its Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains those activities. You may contact us about the website's use of this service.

Automated checks can block or delay a submission. If a genuine enquiry cannot be submitted, contact nce@nyzbiz.com or +599 9 677 0767 so we can consider another way to receive it.

8. Who receives information

Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described. These can include authorized NYZBIZ personnel, hosting and security providers, our email and communications providers, Google if you request a meeting (our appointment calendar and its mailbox) or choose to show our office map, the banks that handle a meeting fee you transfer to us, and advisers where relevant. Providers acting on our instructions are subject to appropriate contractual and security requirements. Some providers also act independently for specified purposes identified in their own notices; we do not describe all recipients as our processors.

If you request a service involving another party, we explain the necessary sharing at the relevant stage. Customs authorities, carriers, rental providers, or other independently responsible parties may receive information needed for an agreed service, subject to the applicable authorization and lawful basis. We do not automatically forward every general enquiry to these parties.

We may disclose necessary information when legally required, to respond to a valid legal process, or where lawfully needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. A corporate transaction may require limited, confidential disclosure to properly authorized recipients, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements. These circumstances do not authorize unrestricted reuse of your data.

9. Businesses listed under By NYZBIZ Management

The brand gallery identifies the businesses and their verified relationship with NYZBIZ. A logo is not permission to share your information with every business in the gallery. Where a listed business is a NYZBIZ trade name, NYZBIZ remains responsible for its own processing; where another legal entity operates a linked service, that entity and its applicable notice must be identified.

When you follow a link to a separate website, review the operator and privacy notice there. We remain responsible for our own processing and lawful disclosures. A link does not make NYZBIZ responsible for every independent activity on an external website, nor does it remove responsibilities imposed on us by law.

10. WhatsApp and other communication channels

Choosing our WhatsApp link opens an external service. WhatsApp processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy notice, and we process the business communication we receive to handle your request. We do not load a WhatsApp tracking widget on the website. Use email or telephone if you prefer another channel. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents through an informal chat; ask us for a suitable method when a service requires them.

The address in our contact details opens Google Maps in a new tab. Nothing from Google loads on this website unless you choose to show our office map (see Google Maps). When you look for a meeting time, it is our server, not your browser, that checks our appointment calendar for free times.

11. International processing and provider details

Technology and communications providers may process information outside Curaçao. Before arranging a transfer, we assess the destination, recipient, and safeguards required by the law applicable to that activity. Where legally required, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or authorized exception. Consent to optional cookies is not treated as blanket permission for all international transfers.

The provider details below identify the services involved and relevant information about processing locations and safeguards. You may contact us for information about relevant safeguards, subject to lawful limits protecting confidential information and the rights of others.

12. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for the purpose for which it is needed and apply a documented deletion or anonymization schedule.

InformationRetention
General enquiries that do not become an engagementNormally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last substantive contact
Contact-form server logs (time, outcome, status; no message content, email address or IP address)30 days; older files are deleted at the next use of the contact form
Meeting requests stored on our server (reference, requested time and its length, status; and, until we decide, your name, email address, telephone number, organization, selected service, the way to meet, the meeting chosen, and the size and a technical fingerprint of your payment receipt)When we accept a request, your contact details and the other details kept until then are removed as soon as our email to you has been sent, and the rest (reference, time, length and status) is deleted 30 days after the meeting. When we decline a request, its details stay so that you can choose another date with the link we email you: they are removed when you use the link, and the request is deleted about an hour after that or 30 days after we declined it, whichever comes first. A request that lapses unanswered (72 hours after the request, or at the requested time if that is sooner) is deleted at the next use of the contact form after that
Meetings in our appointment calendarUp to 12 months after the meeting, or deleted right after it
Meeting requests in our appointment mailboxAs general enquiries: normally deleted or anonymized within 12 months after the last substantive contact
Payment receipts (attached to the meeting-request email in nce@nyzbiz.com and in our appointment mailbox)Up to 12 months after we receive them, then deleted from both mailboxes
Rate-limit and duplicate-prevention records (keyed hashes only)Expire within 24 hours; expired records are deleted at the next use of the contact form
Booking-reference records on our server (the reference and the internal number of the meeting request that used it; nothing else)61 days after the reference was used, so that it can never be used for a second request; then deleted at the next use of the contact form
Hosting access and security logs (including IP addresses)Up to about 2 months; older monthly log archives are removed automatically
Booking reference in your browserUntil your meeting request is sent; after 30 days, discarded on your next visit
Browser cookie-choice recordHonoured for up to 180 days and then discarded on your next visit, or until you clear it, forget it, or make a new choice
Residual backup copiesOur hosting provider's rolling backups (daily, weekly and monthly cycles, each replacing the one before), so a deleted item can remain in a backup for up to about one month; access restricted and deletions reapplied after any restoration
Contract, customs, accounting, and dispute recordsA separate documented schedule based on the engagement and actual statutory or legal-claim requirements, identified in the service notice

Specific information may be retained longer where a binding legal obligation or a documented, proportionate need to handle a dispute requires it. Such records are restricted to that purpose and reviewed; an exception does not justify keeping all information indefinitely. Deleting a website record does not erase information that an independent authority lawfully holds under its own rules.

13. Safeguards and incidents

We apply proportionate technical and organizational safeguards, including controlled access, secure transport, protected administrative accounts, and measures against misuse. Meeting records are kept on our hosting server outside the public website, accessible only to the website and our authorized administrators. No website or communication system can guarantee absolute security. This limitation does not remove our duty to apply appropriate safeguards or to respond to incidents. We assess suspected breaches and provide notices to affected individuals or competent authorities where the applicable law requires them.

14. Your privacy requests

Subject to applicable conditions, you may ask what personal information we process, request access, seek correction or deletion, and raise an objection to relevant processing. Additional rights, such as restriction or portability, apply where the law governing the activity provides them. You may withdraw a consent on which we rely without affecting prior lawful processing.

To have your enquiry deleted, email nce@nyzbiz.com from the address you used, or tell us which address that was. The website keeps no copy of an enquiry: it reaches us as an email, and we delete that email, our replies to it and any calendar entry, and confirm to you when that is done. The only exception is the short record of a meeting request, which the website removes by itself on the schedule under How long we keep information and which holds no contact details once we have accepted the request, or once you have used the link to choose another date after we declined it (at the latest 30 days after the decline). If a binding legal obligation or an engagement you asked for requires us to keep part of it, we keep only that part and tell you so. A deleted email can remain in our hosting provider's rolling backups for up to about one month.

Contact us using the details below. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records; we do not routinely require an unredacted identity-document copy for every request. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe and explain lawful limitations or any permitted extension. A request does not override a binding retention obligation or another person's rights. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data-protection authority, including Curaçao's College bescherming persoonsgegevens where it has jurisdiction, without first being required to obtain our approval.

15. Children and automated decisions

This is a business information and enquiry website, not a service directed to children. We do not invite children to submit personal information or perform age profiling. If you believe a child has submitted unnecessary information, contact us so that we can assess and address it. Website security checks help manage abuse; the website is not designed to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated profiling.

16. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We show the current effective date and make material changes clear. If a change requires fresh consent, we request it before the new optional processing begins. Continued browsing does not constitute retroactive consent or a waiver of your rights.
